Aurore Assaker was a consultant for several United Nations Organization in various environmental field such as water, agriculture and circular economy in the Middle East. She is an environmental agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in Hydrology, Hydrochemistry soil and environment from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse.
