Re-Imagine Europa (RIE) is an international, non-partisan think-tank founded by President Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, in honour of his partnership and friendship with Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and their efforts to define a future that goes beyond any personal, national, or partisan interests.

RIE was established to equip Europe with new tools to navigate a world undergoing simultaneous geopolitical, environmental, technological and social transformations. Over the years, the organisation has cultivated an extensive global network and developed a unique methodology that combines insights from neuroscience, behavioural science, psychology, philosophy, sociology, and advanced data analytics.
