Chloe McDowell currently serves as a Policy and Outreach Officer at Re-Imagine Europa, where she contributes to the organisation’s work on AI, democracy, and societal transitions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Religion and Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester. Her professional experience combines work with civil society organisations, international NGOs, and volunteer groups, including teaching English as a foreign language.
