Journalist and digital strategist. Passionate about the power of knowledge and technology to transform societies. For the last 15 years she has worked mostly in digital initiatives, leading the digital integration process of EL PAÍS since 2007 as editor in chief of ELPAIS.com (awarded with a General Excellence Award by the Online News Association in 2008). In 2018, she led the development of a Transparent Journalism Tool for the newspaper Público.es with a DNI Google Grant, a tool recognized with the 2019 News Awards in the category of Digital International Innovation of the Year.

Former Communications and Marketing Director of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and current member of the Managing Board of Reporteros Sin Fronteras Spain. In 2019 she was selected as one of the  Top 100 Leading Women in Spain, in the category of Experts and Thinkers.

She has coordinated digital projects working with multicultural global organizations as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (human development site Planeta Futuro),  the European Institute for Science, Media and Democracy (Reisearch Platform to share scientific knowledge) or the Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SomosIberoamerica.org, a portal to share news, research and ideas about Latin American’s international cooperation).
