The Institute of Agroecology was founded in 2020 by Prof Urs Niggli. It is an independent, non-profit policy studies institute, a green think tank and a leading centre for the analysis and development of environmental policy in Europe and beyond. It develops solutions for agriculture and the food industry and implements the latest research results. The institute provides research and advisory services, expertise
and project development for food systems of the future.
