Dr. Paul Leonard is Director Government Affairs EU at BASF Agricultural Solutions. He also serves on the board of the European Regulation and Innovation Forum (ERIF), having previously served on the boards of the British Chamber of Commerce in Brussels and Rothamsted Research. In 2013 he was appointed to chair the ERIF Innovation Task Force, including leading a group of 22 companies whose CEOs signed a letter to President Juncker calling for establishment of the “Innovation Principle”.
