On Thursday 23rd May, from 10 AM to 12 PM, the NODES project is happy to invite you to the third session of the workshop “Narratives that Shape our World,” where we will explore key narratives on migration debates across Europe. The workshop will be opened by António Vitorino, Former Director General of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), and Yannic Blaschke, NODES’ European Commission Project Officer.

NODES (Narrative Observatory to fight Disinformation and polarisation in Europe Systematically) is a pilot project co-funded by the European Commission, to research the impact of disinformation and polarisation in the public sphere.

Our series, “The Narratives that Shape Our World”, brings together various profiles and contributors of the public debate to discuss topics vital to protecting the diversity of opinions and healthier social debates.

This event will be an opportunity for participants to learn more about the main narratives framing the migration debates, but also to exchange with peers from academia, media, and civil society on the ways we can deconstruct the wall elevated by polarisation.

If you are interested, you can register by filling out the form below.

More information will be shared with participants at a date closer to the event.
